Silent Night, Holyween Night

Please tell me that I am not the only one who thinks this is a little nutters. No wait... Please tell me that I am not the only one who thinks this is completely, outrageously, keeping-dead-pets-in-your-deep-freeze nutters. (And you thought it just happened in cartoon world...)

  1. Maybe they were worried that it would snow before halloween was over and wanted to get a jump on the christmas decorating season... or they're just stange.

  2. This is just wrong on so many levels.

  3. I'm big on storming around WalMart right now protesting loudly that there are Christmas things out, while still halloween things. In the states, Christmas things have been out for over a month. They haven't even had thanksgiving yet. Yipes. No wonder society is so freaking stressed out. I'm worried about buying Christmas presents in freaking September. November 15 is when it is acceptable to put out Christmas-y things and play carols etc. That's it. Can you make it a law in your new world that you're running Becky? Please? That would be the clincher for me applying for citizenship.

  4. That is a bit weird. I don't ever recall seeing a pumpkin in the Nativity scenes before.

They have Christmas stuff out at the local grocery store too. Hello, it's still October!!!

  5. Um. Wow. There are no words.

I agree with Melanie. I understand that some people like to be prepared, but having Christmas stuff out 2 months in advance? That's a LITTLE bit much, people. Yet it still sells, proving yet again in many cases the world is driven by money.
